Attorney John Michael Miser d/b/a Sierra Litigation was sued by Sierra IP Law for trademark infringement on Jan. 29 in California Eastern District Court. The complaint seeks to enjoin the defendant from using the 'Sierra' mark in connection with legal services. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:24-cv-00127, Sierra IP Law PC v. Miser.
