PruittHealth Pharmacy Services was hit with an employment lawsuit on Dec. 18 in Georgia Middle District Court. The court action, over alleged racial discrimination, was brought by Brooks, LeBoeuf, Foster & Gwartney and the Cruz Law Firm on behalf of a former employee. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 7:23-cv-00144, Weatherspoon v. Pruitthealth Pharmacy Services - Valdosta, Inc.
