International Auto Logistics filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit on Dec. 15 in Georgia Southern District Court. The suit, brought by Choate Harris PC and Maynard Nexsen PC, targets SDV Command Source for allegedly facilitating employees to devise a scam that charged customers fraudulent fees for cleaning and defueling returned rental vehicles. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:23-cv-00131, International Auto Logistics, LLC v. Sdv Command Source Incorporated.
