Arnall Golden Gregory and Pasich LLP filed an insurance coverage lawsuit on Dec. 14 in Georgia Southern District Court against Grange Property & Casualty Insurance. The suit was filed on behalf of New American Funding, which challenges the denial of homeowners' coverage claims. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-00189, New American Funding, LLC v. Grange Property & Casualty Insurance Company.
