Digital collectibles technology company Candy Digital, parent company Fanatics and other defendants were sued on Dec. 5 in New York Southern District Court. The court case was filed by Adelman Matz P.C. on behalf of the former Candy Digital vice president of engineering who contends that he was terminated after using eligible leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:23-cv-10619, Robbins v. Candy Digital, Inc.
