Infoaxis Inc. and CEO Karl Kispert were hit with a wrongful termination lawsuit on Dec. 4 in New Jersey District Court. The lawsuit was filed by Goldman Davis Krumholz & Dillon on behalf of a plaintiff who was allegedly subject to discrimination based on her gender and religion. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:23-cv-22871, Lerner v. Infoaxis, Inc.
