CSX, the Florida-based railroad freight company, was sued on Nov. 30 in Georgia Southern District Court over alleged employment discrimination under the ADA. The court action was filed by Martin & Martin on behalf of Cornell Lyons. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-00181, Lyons v. CSX Transportation, Inc.
