Professional artist Barry Boe filed a copyright infringement lawsuit on Nov. 28 in Florida Southern District Court over the alleged sale of counterfeit goods. The court action, filed by Sriplaw, pursues claims against unidentified e-commerce operators. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:23-cv-24500, Boe v.
