Fisker, an electric car company, and its top officers were named in a securities class action on Nov. 27 in California Central District Court. The suit, brought by Glancy Prongay & Murray, accuses the defendants of underreporting Q3 2023 losses and concealing the company's ability to meet delivery schedules. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:23-cv-09976, Zahabi v. Fisker Inc. et al.
