Deckers Outdoor, a footwear company, sued Costco Wholesale on Nov. 20 in California Central District Court over trademark, trade dress and patent claims. The court case, brought by Blakely Law Group, accuses Costco of selling products that infringe the plaintiff's 'Ugg Class Ultra Mini' trade dress and design patent. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:23-cv-09855, Deckers Outdoor Corporation v. Costco Wholesale Coporation.
