Philadelphia Electrical Equipment Co. was slapped with a copyright infringement lawsuit on Nov. 17 in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The complaint, brought by the Sanders Law Group on behalf of photographer Richard Harbus, arises from the allegedly unauthorized use of the plaintiff's photograph on the defendant's website.
