Morgan & Morgan filed an employment discrimination lawsuit against National DCP on Nov. 14 in Georgia Northern District Court. The suit was brought on behalf of an executive who claims that he was wrongfully terminated in retaliation for taking FMLA for his knee surgery. The suit also pursues age discrimination claims. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-05229, Wolfe v. National Dcp, LLC.
