University of Connecticut was sued on Nov. 10 in Connecticut District Court over alleged employment discrimination. The court action was brought by Willinger, Willinger & Bucci on behalf of an assistant professor who contends that she was subject to discrimination based on her race, color and gender when she was constructively discharged from her position. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:23-cv-01488, Brown v. University of Connecticut.
