Royal Electric Vehicles LLC filed a trademark infringement lawsuit on Nov. 9 in Georgia Northern District Court. The court action, brought by Luedeka Neely PC, pursues claims against BC Companies LLC and Robert B. Conquest for their ongoing use of the 'Royal' and 'Royal Carts' marks in the advertising and sale of electric golf carts and related services. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
