The National Labor Relations Board filed a petition for injunctive relief against Starbucks on Oct. 27 in Illinois Northern District Court. The lawsuit arises from allegations that Starbucks has threatened and discharged employees for union activities. Starbucks is represented by Littler Mendelson. The case is 1:23-cv-15404, Cowan Hamada.
