MetLife was hit with an ERISA lawsuit on Oct. 11 in Georgia Southern District Court. The lawsuit was brought by Jones & Granger on behalf of John Hauger. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:23-cv-00303, Hauger v. Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.
