Samsung Electronics sued Netlist on Oct. 9 in Delaware District Court over patent claims. The lawsuit, filed by Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell and Covington & Burling, seeks a declaration of non-infringement of a single patent related to memory modules.
