Celgene, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Teva Pharmaceuticals USA and other drugmakers were hit with an antitrust lawsuit on Oct. 6 in California Northern District Court. The lawsuit was brought by BRS LLP on behalf of Mayo Clinic and Lifepoint Corporate Services, which allege that the defendants have conspired to delay generic competition in the market for Revlimid, compelling the plaintiffs to pay maximum prices for the chemotherapy drug. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:23-cv-05144, Mayo Clinic v. Celgene Corporation.
