Lawyers at Drew Eckl & Farnham on Sept. 8 removed a personal injury lawsuit against Macy's to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, originally filed in Georgia State Court for Cobb County, was filed by Morgan & Morgan on behalf of a plaintiff who claims that she suffered injuries when she tripped and fell on a stationary escalator.
