Psychiatric drug developer Zynerba Pharmaceuticals and members of its board of directors were hit with a shareholder lawsuit on Sept. 8 in Eastern Pennsylvania District Court in connection with the company's proposed acquisition by Harmony Biosciences Holdings. The suit, filed by Brodsky & Smith on behalf of Scott Wilson, claims that the company's proxy statement in support of the proposed transaction omits or misrepresents material information including conflicts of interest for Zynerba's management.
