Biotech company PhenomeX and members of its board of directors were hit with a shareholder lawsuit on Sept. 8 in Delaware District Court over the company's proposed acquisition by Bruker Corp. for $108 million. The suit, brought by Long Law and Acocelli Law on behalf of Samuel Carlisle, alleges that the solicitation statement filed in support of the deal contains false information.
