fuboTV Media was slapped with a patent infringement lawsuit on Sept. 6 in Delaware District Court. The court action, brought by Ashby & Geddes and Baker Botts on behalf of DISH Technologies and Sling TV, alleges fuboTV infringed on eight patents related to streaming content to end-user devices. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-00986, DISH Technologies L.L.C. v. fuboTV Media Inc.
