Johnson & Johnson was hit with an employment lawsuit on Sept. 7 in Pennsylvania Western District Court. The court action was brought by the Welsh Law Group on behalf of a former employee who contends she was wrongfully denied a religious exemption to the company's COVID-19 vaccine policy. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:23-cv-01607, Gatto v. Johnson & Johnson Services, Inc.
