Linkedin was hit with a patent infringement lawsuit on Aug. 29 in Georgia Northern District Court. The lawsuit, which asserts one patent related to QR code technology, was brought by Kent & Risley on behalf of Scancomm LLC. The case is 1:23-cv-03856, Scancomm LLC v. Linkedin Corporation.
