Fleet management platform NexTraq was hit with a patent infringement lawsuit on Aug. 21 in Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, filed by AddyHart PC on behalf of PerDiemCo, alleges the defendant infringed on six patents pertaining to location tracking. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-03722, Perdiemco LLC v. Nextraq LLC.
