Chosun Daily News Atlanta was hit with a copyright infringement lawsuit on Aug. 21 in Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, filed by the Sanders Law Group on behalf of Gillian Laub, alleges the defendant used a photograph in a story on its website without permission. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-03708, Laub v. Chosun Daily News Atlanta, LLC.
