Greenrise Technologies was sued for patent infringement on Aug. 18 in Pennsylvania Middle District Court. The suit, filed by Barley Snyder on behalf of Hanover Prest-Paving d/b/a Hanover Architectural Products, alleges that the defendant's concrete paver pedestal infringes the plaintiff's patents. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:23-cv-01377, Hanover Prest-Paving Co. v. Greenrise Technologies LLC.
