Adam C. Smedstad, Chip Andrewscavage, and James A. Eckhart from Scopelitis, Garvin, Light, Hanson & Feary have stepped in to defend Roadrunner Transportation Services Inc. in a pending employment class action. The complaint, over alleged wage-and-hour violations, was filed Aug. 27 in Wisconsin Eastern District Court by Biller & Kimble and The Lyon Firm. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge J.P. Stadtmueller, is 2:21-cv-01004, Placide v. Roadrunner Transportation Services Inc et al.
