The complaint, filed by Dann Law and Zimmerman Law Offices, centers on the company's national recall of Jif peanut butter products due to salmonella contamination at a Kentucky facility. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 5:22-cv-01151, Pisciotti v. The J.M. Smucker Company.
