Genovese Joblove & Battista partner Jonathan E. Perlman sued American Express Friday in his role as court appointed receiver in an SEC investment fraud case. The complaint, brought in Florida Southern District Court, seeks to recover allegedly fraudulent transfers. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-22878, Perlman v. American Express Company et al.
