Burlington Stores and other defendants were hit with a premises liability personal injury lawsuit on Oct. 27 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. The lawsuit was brought by Rosenbaum & Associates on behalf of Alicia Metcalf. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 231002951, Metcalf Vs Burtlington Etal.
