Home Depot, Spirit Logistics Network and THD Appliance Repair were hit with a subrogation lawsuit on Oct. 24 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. The court action, arising from a fire allegedly caused by an improperly installed clothes dryer, was brought by De Luca Levine on behalf of State Farm Fire & Casualty. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 231002504, State Farm Fire & Casualty Co. Vs Home Depot U.S.A.
