
Penn State University was not responsible for a deadly drunken driving accident involving attendees of an on-campus party, according to a Philadelphia jury. The jury on Monday awarded $6.4 million to the estate of decedent Natasha Ellis against two individual defendants who were involved in the incident. But the jury determined that Penn State was not to blame for the alcohol consumption that led to the crash.
