New Suit - Personal Injury

Liberty Mutual Insurance and other defendants were sued Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision. The court case was filed by the Strickland Firm on behalf of the Estate of Bonnie Arlene Webb. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:23-cv-01877, Pence et al v. Liberty Mutual Insurance Company et al.
