Andrew Froman and Adanna Ferguson of Fisher & Phillips have entered appearances for Sarasota Assisted Living in a pending lawsuit over alleged employment discrimination under the ADA. The suit was filed June 25 in Florida Middle District Court by Weldon & Rothman on behalf of a former employee who contends that she was not afforded reasonable accommodations after suffering from an injury. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle, is 8:24-cv-01531, Parkerson v. Sarasota Assisted Living, LLC d/b/a Aravilla Assisted Living.
