Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough and Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease filed a trademark infringement and breach-of-contract lawsuit Friday in Maryland District Court on behalf of Pandora Jewelry. The complaint accuses Wei Feng and Shilon Inc. of reselling materially different products under Pandora’s trademarks. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:20-cv-03236, Pandora Jewelry LLC v. Shilon Inc. et al.
