The Pennsylvania Supreme Court agreed Tuesday to consider whether law enforcement officers may be sued for using unlawfully obtained communications in the course of their work. In a Tuesday order, the court granted the appeal of a lawsuit against the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office in which a man alleges prosecutors used information from secretly recorded conversations to pursue a criminal case against him.
