Blank Rome filed a trade secrets lawsuit on May 22 in Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Chester County on behalf of medical supply company Veltek Associates. The suit brings claims against former Veltek employee Walter A. Baker, PMA Manufacturing and Quantumtec. The complaint accuses Baker of beginning to work for PMA before resigning from Veltek and stealing trade secrets to help PMA and Quantumtec commercialize products that compete with Veltek’s. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 202303559, Veltek Associates Inc. v. Baker.
