Lawyers at Ansa Assuncao on Thursday removed a breach-of-contract class action against FCA US, the maker of Chrysler and Fiat automobiles, to New Jersey District Court. The suit, which alleges that FCA US denied warranty repairs for recalled vehicles, was filed by the law office of Lewis G. Adler and Perlman-DePetris Consumer Law. The case is 1:21-cv-12406, Ortiz et al v. FCA US LLC.
