Drew Eckl & Farnham on Thursday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Walmart to Georgia Southern District Court. The suit was filed by the Roden Law Firm on behalf of David C. Orne in 4:21-cv-00283, Orne v. Wal-Mart Stores East LP.
