Heading into its eighth year, the Mansfield certification process has grown to include 19 new law firms, according to a Wednesday press release from Diversity Lab announcing the 2024-2025 cohort of firms. Among a total of more than 365 law firms committing to the next certification period, 110 firms will pilot additional parameters that Diversity Lab is considering as future additions to the certification process. Firms participating in the Next Gen Pilot program have committed to apply the Mansfield Rule's 30% standard for law firms to either origination credit or relationship partner succession planning.
