Windstream Holdings and other defendants were slapped with a patent lawsuit Friday in Texas Western District Court. The case was brought by Devlin Law Firm on behalf of Optic153. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 6:21-cv-00093, Optic153 LLC v. Windstream Holdings, Inc. et al.
