Dave & Busters Entertainment Inc. was sued Monday in New Jersey District Court for copyright and trademark infringement in connection with an Antarctic Air cooling product offered in its retail stores. The suit was filed by Dickinson Wright on behalf of Ontel Products Corp., maker of the Artic Air evaporative air cooling device. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-13828, Ontel Products Corp. v. Dave & Busters Entertainment Inc.
