Counsel at Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers on Thursday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against State Farm Insurance to Georgia Southern District Court. The suit, which pertains to a claims made under a property policy, was filed by Blake Durham Law on behalf of James A. Oester. The case is 1:21-cv-00190, Oester v. State Farm Fire and Casualty Company.
