Lawyers at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom on Wednesday removed an employment lawsuit against software company Celonis Inc. to California Northern District Court. The suit was filed by Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy and the Arns Law Firm on behalf of a former regional sales director who contends that he was terminated in retaliation for reporting concerns regarding various business practices and for his statements in an internal sexual assault investigation. The case is 4:22-cv-02320, O'Connell v. Celonis, Inc.
