Kristyne Kennedy of Cole, Scott & Kissane has entered an appearance for The Country Club at Woodfield Inc. in a pending lawsuit over alleged employment discrimination. The complaint was filed May 31 in Florida Southern District Court by Nwahiri Law on behalf of Chandra J. Noble, who alleges race discrimination and retaliation. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Aileen M. Cannon, is 9:21-cv-80967, Noble v. The Country Club at Woodfield Inc. et al.
