Lowe's and Creative Cedar Designs were slapped with a product liability lawsuit on April 10 in New York Supreme Court for Wayne County. The court action was brought by Cellino Law on behalf of Rinaldo Natale Jr. and Kimberly Natale, who contend that their minor child sustained injuries when the metal brackets on a swing set manufactured or sold by the defendants broke and caused the child to fall to the ground.
