New Suit - Personal Injury

Walmart was hit with a premises liability lawsuit on April 11 in New York Supreme Court for Suffolk County. The lawsuit was brought by Siben & Siben on behalf of a mother and her infant who both allegedly fell due to an exposed valve cover. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is M. F. A. et al v. Islandia SC Owner LLC et al.
