Chubb's Federal Insurance and contractor AMCC Corp. were named in a breach-of-contract lawsuit on April 19 in New York Supreme Court for Queens County. The lawsuit was brought by Wilson & Chan on behalf of A&V Steel, which seeks approximately $318,000 under a payment bond for labor and materials. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
