CVS Pharmacy and other defendants were hit with a trip-and-fall personal injury lawsuit on April 9 in New York Supreme Court for Queens County. The lawsuit was filed by Liakas Law on behalf of Eury Lopez. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is Eury Lopez v. Liberty Associates, LLC et al.
